Your privacy is of great importance us. The purpose of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ (the "Website") is to create a safe-haven for consenting adults who wish to come together to worship the Phallus. 

Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage and use of personal data collected by Mrs. Candy and the owners of the Website ("we" or "us"). It provides you with details about the personal data we collect from you, how we use your personal data and your rights to control personal data we hold about you. By registering as a member of the Website and by using any of the services made available to you in the Website (the "Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you must not register as a member of the Website

Changes and Updates

When you register as a member of the Website, or when you change your membership status, we may collect some or all of the following personal information from you (collectively, the "Personal Information") - your email address, your age, date of birth, location, and gender, details about your ethnicity, physical appearance and, if you are a male, details about the appearance and functioning of your Phallus, details required to process any payments made through our online credit card merchant, if any, and any other personal data that you choose to upload to or post on the Services, including comments, photographs, messages, videos, and other personal details.

In addition, we may collect details about visitors to our Website for the purposes of statistical or reporting purposes. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the details that we collect for these purposes.

Storage and Use of Personal Information

We may collect, store, and use your Personal Information to make the Website and the Services available to you and to provide you with content which is tailored to your individual tastes, to further develop and improve the Website and the Services, and for any other purpose for which your consent has been obtained.

Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we may share any information we have collected about you or that you have submitted in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or demands, if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding situations that involve abuse of our Website infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of the Website infrastructure, to a parent company, beneficial owner, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with the Owners (in which case we will require such entities to honour this Privacy Policy), and if the Owners are acquired by or merged with another entity (in which case we will require such entity to assume our obligations under this Privacy Policy).

We do not keep or otherwise store your credit card information. In the event that you pay for subscription services or membership fees, you will be directed to the secure servers of our credit card merchant, ccBill. The storage of your credit card information by our credit card merchant with be subject to the credit card merchant's privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information to help us understand how our users use the Website (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Usage Data"). For example, each time you visit the Website we automatically collect your IP address, browser and computer type, access times, the web page from which you came, and the web page(s) you access. In addition, we use technologies called "cookies" and "tracking pixels" that allow us to enhance your experience on the Website (for example, to keep track of your purchases, to allow you to see information you've previously entered (like ratings you have given), to deliver content specific to your interests, and, if you tell us to do so, to save your member name and password so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website).

We may use cookies to deliver advertisements that are most likely to interest you, based on the areas of the Website you visit, and the products, features and Services you select on the Website. We also may use cookies or tracking pixels to track information related to your searching and browsing of member profiles, such as which profiles you browse or respond to, search parameters of searches you conduct, the number of results returned by your searches, how you review, rank and respond to search results, and how often your profile is searched or browsed. We may use such information to improve the functionality of the Website and to offer additional services.

In addition, third parties who place advertisements on the Website may also collect information through cookies or tracking pixels to ensure that their advertising systems and technologies work properly and to allow them to track responses to their advertisements. Cookies or tracking pixels set by these third parties are governed by the privacy policies set by those third parties. In addition, third-party partners, advertisers, and other web sites you may access via the Website have different privacy policies and are not subject to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of each web site to find out how your personal information is protected.

Security

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information and your member account with Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ is protected by a password that you select. We use industry-standard SSL encryption in certain areas of the Website to protect data transmissions. However, no company, including Perfect Entertainment Limited, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission or storage of Personal Information.   We cannot and do not take responsibility for other member's of the Website saving, copying and/or transmitting the photographs that you upload to the Website.  We are technically not able to prevent other member's from taking such actions and shall not be held responsible for the transmission of your images by other member's.  Please think carefully before uploading your private photographs anywhere onto the internet, including this Website.  

Modifications and Deactivations

If you would like to modify any Personal Information you previously submitted through the Website, visit your Settings. Please note that, once submitted, certain information such as ethnicity or gender cannot be changed without the prior approval of Mrs. Candy. In addition, the Phallic Measurements cannot be changed without the prior approval of Mrs. Candy, such approval to be granted or denied in her sole and absolute discretion. Phallic Measurements are used to calculate your Aesthetic Balance Score, as well as certain other Phallic Rankings on the Website. Mrs. Candy may require photographic verification in order to process changes to your Phallic Measurements. You may delete your membership at any time by visiting the "Settings" section of the Website and following the instructions. If your Member Profile is deleted it cannot be re-instated and all of your Personal Information, including any content you have uploaded to the Website, will be deleted.

Online Safety

Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ is open to all honest men and women over 18 years of age, anywhere in the world. Mrs. Candy does not discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, race, religious beliefs, income, education, or occupation. When interacting with others in an online community it is prudent to observe a number of safety precautions. The following safety cautions and guidelines are designed to enhance your Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™

General Online Safety

Each Member is able to designate his or her own private password to access the Website. Each password may be a maximum of 20 characters and may contain both letters and numbers. Your password should be longer than 8 letters and also contain some numbers. When choosing your password, don't use anything that is easy to guess (like your username or a variation of your username). Never tell other people which login data you use – and Mrs. Candy will never ask you for your password. If anyone asks for your password, treat them with suspicion in the first instance.

Only use the "Keep me logged in" function on the login page when you are certain that other people don't have access to your computer. Check that the email address you have given really is correct and that you're the only one with access to your email account.

Your Profile Page

While Mrs. Candy encourages you to share information about yourself with other Members in the About Me section of your Member Profile, there are certain matters that should be kept strictly private for your own safety, such as postal address, home or mobile telephone number, email address, credit or bank account details, the name of your employer, university, or college, your date of birth, or photographs of official documents such as your passport or your driver's licence

Never upload any third-party photos from the Internet onto your profile. In the worst case scenario the real copyright holder could prosecute you for unauthorised use. Members found uploading copyrighted material may also risk being banned from the Website.  If you upload any such photos to your profile you shall be solely responsible for any consequences thereof, irrespective of whether such photos are approved for transmission to your profile by the Owners.  Thousands of photos are uploaded by Members each day and the Owners cannot and do not check to determine whether or not you hold the copyright for each photo that you upload.

Your Workplace

If you choose to access this Website while at your place of work you, before doing so it may be prudent to inform yourself about the regulations governing the private use of the Internet. Your employer or your co-workers might check which websites you have been visiting during working hours or even read your messages. In some organisations, private use of the Internet during working hours is grounds for dismissal. Do you really want your work colleagues or your supervisor to see your Phallus in all its tumescent glory? For those who answer yes to this question, you deserve a good slap on the backside for being so cheeky!

Offline Interactions

While Mrs. Candy would be more than happy if all Member interactions took place within the safety of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™, she is aware that some Members may decide to take their interactions offline. When meeting another Member for the first time, always arrange to meet in public, not a secluded place such as a motel, a private home, or in a secluded forest. Use common sense. If you have a mobile phone, take it with you in case of emergency. Also, it is always a good practice to tell at least one friend where you are going, who you are meeting and when you expect to return. Contact that friend after your meeting or ask that friend to contact you at a predetermined time. Above all, trust your instincts. If you feel unsure about a situation, excuse yourself and leave immediately.

Trust Your Instincts

Trust your instincts if you have suspicions about another Member. If you feel threatened or harassed by another Member or feel that another Member is acting in a manner contrary to the Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines, please contact Mrs. Candy.
