Who is Mrs. Candy ?
Mrs. Candy is a retired head mistress, bon vivant, and creator of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus. Mrs. Candy is what one might call a Phallic Connoisseur. What is the Purpose of this Website?
Phallic Worship has existed since time immemorial. Ancient cultures praised the generative and spiritual powers that spring forth from the tumescence of the staff of life. Mrs. Candy believes that all human beings, irrespective of gender or sexual orientation, have an innate and primal desire to commune with and worship the Phallus. These desires have been and continue to be repressed by society's arbitrary moral standards. As such, there exists a great need for a vehicle, a conduit if you will, through which we are able to express these desires without fear of persecution or judgment. The purpose of this Website is to provide an avenue for men to share their penis photos and cock pictures with the world and for those who enjoy viewing and diccussing such cock photos and penis pictures.
It is Mrs. Candy's hope that this Website will allow people to express their Phallic Desires in an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding.

What Qualifications Does Mrs. Candy Possess in the Art of Phallic Review?
Mrs. Candy has been studying and reviewing Phalli for over three decades and has developed a mathematical formula to calculate the aesthetic beauty of a particular Phallus. Each Member's Aesthetic Balance Score will be visible on his profile page and is determined by reference to the Phallic Dimensions provided during the registration process.
Mrs. Candy has been publishing full-length Phallic Reviews on Mrs. Candy's Blog since 2006. Please note that the Phallic Reviews available to Members of this Website will be similar in style to those found on the Mrs. Candy's Blog, although the Phallic Reviews on this Website will not be as lengthy. This will allow Mrs. Candy to conduct a greater number of Phallic Reviews.
Will All Members Receive a Phallic Review?
No, not all Members will receive a Phallic Review. Mrs. Candy gives Phallic Reviews and Phallic Ratings only to selected Verified Members. Members who have not verified their membership are not eligible for a Phallic Review. See "Member Verification" below for details about how to verify your membership.
Will My Phallic Review and Phallic Rating Be Visible to Other Members?
Yes. All Phallic Reviews, together with Mrs. Candy's Phallic Rating, will appear on your profile page. In addition, all other Members will be notified of new Phallic Reviews as they are written.
How Do I Request a Phallic Review?
At present, members are not able to request a Phallic Review. However, this service may be available in Phase 2 of this Website, expected to launch in early 2012.
MY PROFILE
Can I change my username?
No, it is not possible for you to change your username once your account has been created. If you wish to do so, please contact Mrs. Candy.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. If you wish to change your email address please click the Settings link at the top of the screen and follow the instructions.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password you may request it by clicking on the "Forgotten Your Password?" link on the login page. Follow the instructions to retrieve your password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. To delete your account, please click "Edit Profile" at the top of your profile page. At the bottom of the Edit Profile page click the "Delete My Account" link. Once you delete your account, all of your photos and other information will be deleted. Once an account is deleted it cannot be re-activated.
Can I edit my personal information?
Yes, some of your personal information may be edited. To edit your profile, click on the Edit Profile link appearing at the top of your profile page.
Please note, however, that certain parts of your profile cannot be edited. These include your ethnicity, your gender, and, for male members, the dimensions of your Phallus. If you wish to change any of these aspects of your profile you will need to contact Mrs. Candy. Please be advised that Mrs. Candy reserves the right to refuse to make changes to your profile unless she is satisfied, in her sole and absolute discretion, that the changes are warranted. You may be required to provide proof to support any changes, especially changes to the dimensions of your Phallus.
MEMBER PHOTOGRAPHS
How do I add photographs??
Adding photographs is simple. First, click on Manage My Photos at the top of the Website. Next, choose the default photo album you would like to add photos to - there are a total of 5 default photo albums (see below for details). Once inside the album, you will see a link to "Add Photos". Following the instructions to upload photos to your album. Please note that you may upload multiple photos simultaneously by highlighting all of the files you wish to upload.
What are the default photo albums?
Each male member has a total of five default photo albums, namely, Profile Photos, My Phallus, Verification Photos, Phallic Snaps, and My Favorite Art. Each female member has a total of two photo albums, namely, Profile Photos and My Favorite Art.
You may upload a maximum of 20 photographs to your Profile Photos album. All photographs must be of you and only you. You decide how much of yourself you would like to show to other Members. Male members may upload photos of their Phallus, face, and/or body to their Profile Photos album. Female members may upload photos of their face and/or any part of their anatomy other than their vagina.
You may set any one of the photographs in your Profile Photos album as your main profile photograph. This will be the photograph that other Members see when they visit your profile page. You may change your main profile photograph at any time as long as the new photograph comes from within the Profile Photos album.
Cyberspace is rife with Phallic Fraud. Phallic Fraud is committed when a gentleman attempts to pass off photographs of another man's Phallus as his own. Sadly, this phenomenon is very widespread and we must take measures to ensure that instances of Phallic Fraud are kept to a minimum in Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus. Membership Verification is Mrs. Candy's protection of choice against Phallic Fraud. Membership verification confirms to Mrs. Candy and to the other Members of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus that you are genuine and that the Phallus that you have presented does, in fact, belong to you. Mrs. Candy is passionate in her determination to weed out fake profiles and to create a Phallic Community comprised of genuine Phallic Profiles.
If you are verified, the words "Verified Member" will be displayed prominently on your Profile Page. This will show other Members that your profile and the photographs of your Phallus have been reviewed by Mrs. Candy and are considered genuine. Mrs. Candy holds verified Members in high esteem. Only verified Members will be eligible for a Phallic Review by Mrs. Candy.
Membership Verification is very simple. On a sheet of white paper, please write a brief note to Mrs. Candy. Make sure that whatever you write is clearly visible. You may write anything you wish on the note, but it must contain the words "Mrs. Candy" as well as your Perfect Phallus username. Then take a photograph of this note together with your erect Phallus. Several sample Verification Photos are shown below. Click on each one for a closer inspection. The most innovative Verification Photos will be chosen by Mrs. Candy and displayed in the Photos section under "Best Verification Photos". Have fun with your Verification Photo(s). You may upload a maximum of 5 photographs to your Profile Photos album.
As its name suggests, this photo album will contains photos of your Phallus. Each male member must load at least one photo of his Phallus to this photo album. Members may upload a maximum of 20 photos to their My Phallus album. Each photo must be a photo of your Phallus – whether it be erect, flaccid, or somewhere in between. Mrs. Candy will use these photographs, together with any other photographs of your Phallus uploaded to your Profile Photos album, in the event that she gives you a Phallic Review. For more information on which Members are eligible to receive a Phallic review by Mrs. Candy, please see Mrs. Candy's Phallic Reviews.
Members who are found uploading photographs of a Phallus other than their own will have their account suspended and/or deleted by Mrs. Candy without notice.
Most computers nowadays are equipped with an in-built camera, or web-cam. A Phallic Snap is a snap of you (and your Phallus) taken by web-cam. Hot off the press, so to speak. Real-time, genuine Phallus! So, if you find your Phallus springing to attention while wandering the corridors of Mrs. Candy's Phallic World, why not stand up from your chair, turn on your camera, pull down your trousers and take a Phallic Snap? Why wouldn't you?
To take a Phallic Snap, click on My Photos, click Add Photo, then click Take a Phallic Snap! To view all Phallic Snaps, go to the Phallic Snaps link on the main page of the Website.
You may upload a maximum of 15 photographs to your Phallic Snaps album.
This is a category close to Mrs. Candy's heart. As its name suggests, this album is a place for you to upload photos of your favorite art – whether they be photographs, sculptures, drawings, paintings, engravings, or other forms of art. This is a chance for you to show your artistic side. The uploading of art relating to the Phallus is also encouraged. Please ensure that the photographs you upload to your My Favorite Art album comply with the Terms of Service. You may upload a maximum of 20 photographs to you're my Favorite Art album.
Can I create new photo albums?
No, members are not permitted to create new photo albums at this time. This feature will, however, be added to the website during Phase 2 implementation.
Do the photos I upload need to be approved by Mrs. Candy?
Yes. Mrs. Candy must approve all photographs uploaded to the Website before they are visible to other Members.
How long will it take for my photos to be approved?
Mrs. Candy maintains this Website without assistance. As such, it may take a little time for her to approve the photos that you have uploaded. Mrs. Candy will do her best to approve photos as soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours of them being uploaded. Please be patient. If your photo has not been approved within this time, it is likely that Mrs. Candy has rejected it as being inappropriate. Alternatively, she may be on vacation – in which case, please be patient.
What kind of photos can I upload?
You may upload photos of yourself and other photos that do not breach the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines. Photos of yourself include photos of your face, your body and, most importantly, your Phallus! Female members may upload photos of their face, torso and/or buttocks but not photos of their genitalia. Photos must not contain email addresses, any incorporated text or links to other websites.
Why has my photo been deleted? I uploaded a photo but Mrs. Candy did not approve it? Why?
If Mrs. Candy deletes one of your photos, or rejects a photo uploaded for her approval, it means that she has determined the photo in question is inappropriate for the Website. Mrs. Candy's decision about what is and what is not appropriate is final and not open to discussion.
Can I delete my photos?
Yes. You may delete a photo by clicking on the "Delete Photo" link that appears under the large version of the photo you wish to delete. If you delete a photo that has been used as your photo for Mrs. Candy's Stud Farm, Featured Members, Photo of the Day, Phallus of the Day, or a Phallic Review, then such items will also be deleted.
