General

Your registration as a Member of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and of these Community Guidelines.

Uploading Photographs

All Members must upload photographs to their Member Profile. Members who fail to upload photographs within a reasonable period following registration will have their accounts deleted. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the types of photographs that are permitted. All photographs uploaded to Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ will need to be approved by Mrs. Candy before being viewable by other Members of the Website. Yes, Mrs. Candy is a very busy woman!!

Objectionable Photographs

Mrs. Candy reserves the right to determine which of your photos are acceptable and to deny approval of photographs that do not meet our Terms of Service. For example, the types of photographs that will be immediately removed include, without limitation: (a) copyrighted images where it is clear that you do not own the copyright or have permission to use the image; this includes cartoons and other images you may have found and downloaded while searching the Internet; (b) pictures of children; (c) an animal in any sexual position; (d) any drug paraphernalia or icons; (e) any "scat" pictures; (f) any image which shows blood or violence, including photos of guns, knives, razors, or other weapons etc; and (g) any image which may violate applicable law or which may compromise the safety of this Website or any of its Members.

Mrs. Candy's Decisions Final

Please make sure you are familiar with the Terms of Service and the Photo FAQ before uploading photographs. Uploading Prohibited Content may result in your membership being terminated.

Mrs. Candy will decide in her sole and absolute discretion whether or not a particular photograph you upload is acceptable for publication on the Website. If Mrs. Candy rejects or removes on of your images, you have no right to engage in a discussion about that decision. Mrs. Candy will not entertain discussions about unacceptable content.

Offline Member Interactions

Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ is a place to make friends and and to generally worship and pay tribute to the beauty and majesty of the Phallus. Mrs. Candy adores interacting with her readers and always encourages friendly interactions between Members. In addition, Mrs. Candy understands that some Members may decide to take their interactions "offline" and outside the safety of >Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™.

Mrs. Candy encourages all Members to act responsibly in choosing their offline interactions and in being conservative in the distribution of personal information, such as real name, phone number and/or residential or work address. We cannot accept responsibility for things that might happen as a result of a connection made through Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™.

Many online social networking communities are populated with people who are less than truthful about themselves. Mrs. Candy has instituted a number of measures in an attempt to weed out and discourage the creation of fake Member Profiles. However, we are not able to conduct background checks or otherwise pre-screen Members for criminal histories, mental illness, lack of manners, previous fraudulent behaviour etc. As such, please exercise caution when connecting with someone in real life that you may have met on Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™.

Respecting Other Members

The foundation of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ is respect for others. Expressions and/or threats of bigotry, hatred, harassment, rudeness, and abuse are not tolerated on this Website. You may NOT leave comments for other Members that are negative or rude. Negative comments are absolutely unacceptable. If you find another Member unattractive, please keep your opinion to yourself. For example, posting comments on a photograph of another Member's Phallus such as "That's disgusting" or "Looks like a desiccated sausage" is a breach of these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

Rudeness is taken extremely seriously. It is a violation of our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. In addition, we respectfully request that you refrain from profane, defamatory, or communications that otherwise violate the Terms of Service. If you feel another member is communicating in this fashion, please contact Mrs. Candy.

Members who post negative, rude, hateful, or comments otherwise determined by Mrs. Candy to be inappropriate will have their membership terminated, without notice and without refund of any unused subscriptions or fees, if any.

If someone sends you a message or leaves you a comment that you consider to breach of these Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service, you should report your concerns to Mrs. Candy. Do not engage with a person who is rude to you. He or she will be dealt with by Mrs. Candy. Engaging in such rude behaviour may result is a suspension or termination of your own account, even if you were not the party who "started" the "flame" in the first place. Exercise restraint when dealing with rude people. By responding you simply stoop down to their level.

Vulgar Language

Mrs. Candy asks that you refrain from using extremely explicit or vulgar language. Of course, we do allow discussion of sexual topics, but we ask that Members refrain from using terms or words normally considered vulgar or rude.

Republishing Your Words and Images

As we are dedicated to sharing the best of Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™ with a broader audience, we may republish your words and/or image(s) across other segments of our properties and you grant us full rights to do so without restriction. Copyrighted Information

Information copyrighted by an individual or entity other than the author should never be posted on Mrs. Candy's Perfect Phallus™. In the event this does occur, the individual posting this information will be held responsible. We cannot accept responsibility for this type of unlawful communication.
